Glencore, South Africa: Ferrochrome Production in 2024 Increased Slightly By 0.3% YoY

South Africa's Glencore released the 2024 fiscal year production report, in 2024 Glencore ferrochrome production reached 1.166 million tons, a slight increase of 0.3% (2023:1.162 million tons), the fourth quarter ferrochrome production of 272,000 tons, a slight decrease of 6% (2023Q4:289,000 tons), a decrease of 7.8% (2024Q3: 295,000 tons). The earnings report concluded that Glencore's ferrochrome production in 2024 is in line with 2023 and has met established targets.
